60’s Dress in Cotton Gabardine (Deadstock LVMH)
Fabric: 100% Cotton Gabardine
Color: Sand
A modern interpretation of a 60’s silhouette — structured, sculptural, and softly dramatic.
This dress is engineered around a precise architectural gesture: a wide asymmetric flap that folds across the neckline, wrapping the torso in a clean, diagonal line before dissolving seamlessly into the waist.
The skirt is the heart of the piece.
Cut from 7 meters of cotton gabardine, it opens into deep, deliberate pleats that release into a full circular sweep. The volume is intentional — generous without weight, fluid without excess. Every panel is placed to create movement that feels almost cinematic.
Short, tailored sleeves balance the structure of the bodice. An invisible side zipper preserves the purity of the lines. Two discreet pockets are integrated into the pleated panels, functional yet invisible.
The fabric itself — a dry, compact Italian gabardine — holds the sculptural shape while allowing the skirt to bloom with every step. Clean on the inside, crisp on the outside, and grounded in a quiet elegance.
Architectural. Feminine.
Minimal in spirit, maximal in craftsmanship.
