1. Introduction These Terms apply to all purchases made via www.silvaparas.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed via email.

• We may cancel orders due to stock issues, fraud suspicion, or breach of terms.

4. Payment

• Prices are in Euros.

• Payment is collected upon order confirmation.

• Payments are handled by secure third-party providers.

5. Delivery

• We ship only to listed countries on our Website.

• Delivery timelines are between 3 to 5 business days.

• Risk transfers to you upon delivery, we are not responsible if this may happen.

6. Product Descriptions We make efforts to accurately describe items but cannot guarantee exact colors or materials.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Full refund if there is a quality control issue.

• Partial refund (minus shipping) if returning for other reasons.

• Client is responsible for taxes/duties, including returns.

• Refunds processed within 14 business days after inspection.

8. Exchanges

• Only accepted within 14 natural days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

9. Guarantee

• One-year guarantee for purchases made on www.silvaparas.com only.

10. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for losses not foreseeable at the time of contract or caused by events beyond our control.
