This long coat is cut in a dry, compact gabardine that holds structure without weight, giving the silhouette its clean, vertical presence.

The collar rises sharply from the neckline, engineered with internal interfacing so it stands with intention when worn up — and folds down without collapsing. No topstitching on the front closure keeps the line pure, uninterrupted, almost monolithic.

A double-layer storm cape defines the shoulders, adding sculptural volume. The sleeves are wide and straight, finished with a deep hem that balances the coat’s dramatic length. The front falls slightly longer than the back, allowing movement with each step.

Two Japanese-style pockets sit hidden in the side seams — stitched closed by default, easily opened. Unlined by design, letting the inner structure remain honest, and allowing the fabric to move freely as the coat opens and shifts.
